A. Currently two indoor cats are allowed.

A. Yes. There are a number of fine local hospitals including Elliot
Hospital and Catholic Medical Center, both of which are within 6 miles.

A. Yes. All homes are cable ready with service by Comcast.
Q. May I modify my home?
A. Yes. You may modify the interior of your home as you wish.
Q. Is there a storage area available?
A. Yes, each townhome has its own unfinished walk-up attic for storage.
Q. How many parking spaces will be available?
A. There will be 2 assigned spaces for each townhome.
Q. Is there any public transportation?
A. Yes. There is an MTA bus stop on the corner of Front Street

Q. What is the condo fee?
A. The condo fees are $235 per month.
Q. What is included in the condo fee?
A. Your condo fee includes landscaping, snow removal,
building maintenance (the outside of the building) and rubbish removal.
