A. Currently two indoor cats are allowed.
Q. Are there medical facilities nearby?
A. Yes. There are a number of fine local hospitals including Elliot
Hospital and Catholic Medical Center, both of which are within 6 miles. Satellite clinics for both hospitals are located less than 1 mile away in Riverside Park.
Q. Are cable television & internet access available?
A. Yes. All homes are cable ready with service by Comcast.
Q. May I modify my home?
A. Yes. You may modify the interior of your home as you wish.
Q. Is there a storage area available?
A. Yes, each townhome has its own unfinished walk-up attic for storage.
Q. How many parking spaces will be available?
A. There will be 2 assigned spaces for each townhome.
Q. Is there any public transportation?
A. Yes. There is an MTA bus stop on the corner of Front Street
and Country Club Drive. Please see www.mtabus.org

Q. What is the condo fee?
A. The condo fees are $160 per month.
Q. What is included in the condo fee?
A. Your condo fee includes landscaping, snow removal,
building maintenance (the outside of the building) and rubbish removal.
Q. Are there any special purchase programs available?
A. Yes, we have special upgrade programs available. The owners will contribute up to 3% towards closing costs.
